By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the vehicle, or authorized by the owner, to book our services.

3. Our services

We provide interior, exterior, and full-service mobile auto detailing at your home or office. Services and inclusions are described on our website and may be updated at any time. Because every vehicle is different, results can vary based on the age, condition, and materials of your vehicle.

4. Booking and appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (provided by Urable) or by phone. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information and to be available at the scheduled time and location. We will confirm your appointment and give you an estimated time to complete the work.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are set by vehicle size across three tiers: small coupe or sedan, midsize SUV or crossover, and full size SUV or truck. Final pricing may vary based on the size and condition of your vehicle and any add-on services requested. We will confirm the price before beginning work. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed, and is processed through our booking and payment provider.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we arrive and are unable to perform the service because the vehicle is not accessible, no one is available, or the location is unsafe, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.

7. Weather

Because we detail outdoors, weather can affect scheduling. If conditions do not allow us to deliver quality results, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.

8. Vehicle access, readiness, and personal belongings

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and space to work around it, including access to the interior if applicable. Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

9. Vehicle condition and results

We use professional grade products and techniques, but detailing cannot repair pre-existing damage such as scratches, chips, dents, stains, odors, worn materials, or mechanical issues. We will point out pre-existing conditions when we notice them. By booking, you acknowledge that results depend on the starting condition of your vehicle.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier is not liable for pre-existing damage, for damage that results from hidden defects or improperly secured parts, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Photos and marketing

We may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality and marketing purposes. Photos will not include identifying information such as license plates or personal items. If you prefer that we not use images of your vehicle, let us know before your appointment.

12. Third-party services

Our website links to and uses third-party services, including our booking provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including the Top Tier name, logo, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Top Tier Mobile Detail LLC and may not be used without our permission.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Saginaw County, Michigan.
